Become a Woodside Pony Club Sponsor
Woodside Pony Club (WPC) is a registered club of the United States Pony Clubs, Inc. (USPC) and a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization. Sponsors play a key role in guiding, supporting, and sustaining our club.
Becoming a Sponsor of Woodside Pony Club is a wonderful way for adults—parents, grandparents, alumni, and community members—to take an active role in the success of the program.
What Is a USPC Sponsor at Woodside?
At Woodside Pony Club, a Sponsor is an adult supporter who:
- Is committed to the success and well-being of the club and its members
- Supports the educational mission of Pony Club
- Participates in the club’s governance through voting privileges
As a Sponsor of the Woodside Pony Club:
- You have voting privileges at Sponsors’ Meetings
- You may provide suggestions to the District Commissioner (DC) regarding the operation and administration of the club
- Together with other Sponsors, you have the power to elect the officers of the club
- Your sponsorship must be accepted by the District Commissioner (DC)
The annual Sponsor fee is $20.00.
How to Become a Sponsor
- Complete the Sponsor Application (see form below).
- Submit your form and fee to the District Commissioner or designated WPC officer.
- Once accepted by the DC, you will be recognized as a Sponsor with voting privileges and invited to Sponsors’ Meetings.
